Thorne & Co. Custom Estates
A spec build showing how we'd position a luxury home builder.

The brief
Self-initiated. A prototype for a fictional luxury home builder, made to work out the art direction and page structure a high-end construction brand needs. There is no client behind it — the name, the projects, and every figure on the demo are placeholder content.
The challenge
Luxury construction sells on trust as much as taste. The page has to look expensive without looking generic, then answer the questions that actually decide a six-figure build: how you work, what happens when things change, how pricing is structured, and what the client is on the hook for.
The approach
Warm gold on near-black, large photography, and generous type so the brand reads premium before a word is read. Under the hero, a long-form structure walks through philosophy, portfolio, process, assurance, pricing models, and FAQ — each section resolving one objection — with consultation booking as the single call to action throughout.
What we built
- Luxury art direction: gold on near-black, full-bleed photography
- Long-form structure — philosophy, portfolio, process, assurance, FAQ
- Pricing-model section that explains how a build is quoted
- Single consultation CTA carried through the page
What it demonstrates
- High-end art direction that holds up against established luxury brands
- Long-form landing structure built to answer objections in order
- Conversion design for a considered, high-value purchase
