How the services fit together

Web development sits in the middle because every client project so far has been a website. Graphics design tends to run alongside a build, and app development tends to come after one.

Get a new business online, then grow it

A new business has to be found and trusted before it can sell. We build that first presence, as a hand-coded marketing site, a web app or a Shopify store, and then add the pages and local search work that help it grow.

A wordmark, colours, type and the files you need to use them. Most often this runs alongside a website build, because a site designed around the brand works better than one with a logo added at the end.

Software with accounts, bookings, and payments in it. The closest thing to proof we have is MentorPace: a mentorship platform where finding a mentor, booking a session and paying for it happen in one flow.

Monitoring, security updates, and a monthly window for edits, on hosting you own and pay for. Entirely optional: every build is handed over in your own accounts, so you can run it yourself if you would rather.

Where the two weeks go

This is how a Launch or Growth build runs. Bigger builds take longer. A Repair skips most of it and takes half a day.

  1. Day 0

    One call, then a fixed number

    Twenty minutes on what the business does and what the site has to do for it. You get a fixed quote afterwards, and it does not move without your sign-off.

  2. Days 1-2

    Structure first

    Sitemap, page order, and the path a customer takes to calling you. Getting this wrong is expensive later, so it happens before any design exists.

  3. Days 3-6

    Design and build together

    We design in the browser, in code, at real screen sizes, so what you review is what you get.

  4. Days 7-9

    Your content, your words

    Copy, photos, licences, service areas and the other details that are specific to your business.

  5. Days 10-12

    Two revision rounds

    You review the site on your own phone. Two rounds are included, and most builds use one and a half.

  6. Days 13-14

    Launch and handover

    Domain, HTTPS, analytics, Google Business Profile. Everything goes into accounts in your name, and you get the keys whether or not you take a care plan.

Pages are pre-rendered, so they load quickly even on a weak mobile signal.
Hand-written CSS
We write the styles ourselves, so there is no theme or page builder to break after an update.
Vercel hosting
Served from the edge, in an account in your name, with HTTPS handled.
Schema.org markup
Machine-readable business details, so local search knows what you do and where.
No WordPress
There are no weekly patches to apply, and no plugins for attackers to get in through.
No tracking bloat
A single lightweight analytics script.
