How the work actually happens
What we sell, in what order, and what a build week looks like from the inside. No mystery, and no discovery phase that exists to pad an invoice.
Looking for numbers? Every price is on one page, so nothing here contradicts anything there.
How the work fits together
Three lines, and they are not equal
Web development is the trunk because it is the only line with delivered client work behind it. Graphics feeds a build; app development is the step after one. Presenting all three as equals would flatter us and mislead you.
Web Development
FoundationHand-coded sites and web apps
Custom marketing sites and web applications, written by hand rather than assembled from a template. This is the work the studio is built on, and the work everything else attaches to.
- Custom design — no themes, no page builders
- Hand-written Next.js and TypeScript
- Accessibility and Core Web Vitals from the first commit
- You own the code, the domain, and the hosting account
Two client builds delivered: Paradise Tiles and Renovation, and MentorPace.
Graphics Design
BranchLogo, brand, UI kits
Wordmark, colour, type, and the file set you actually need to use them. Most often this runs alongside a build, because a site designed around a brand beats a site with a logo dropped into it.
- Logo and wordmark
- Colour and type system
- UI kit that matches the build
- Export set for print, social, and vehicle wraps
App Development
BranchiOS, Android, installable web apps
Software with accounts, bookings, and payments in it. The closest thing to proof we have is MentorPace: a mentorship platform where finding a mentor, booking a session, and paying for it are one flow rather than four chances to leave.
- Accounts, booking, and payment flows
- Installable web apps (PWA) as the usual honest starting point
- Native iOS and Android where the job genuinely needs it
- Scoped and quoted per project after a call
MentorPace is a web platform, not a native app — we would rather say that than imply a shipped App Store build we do not have.
SEO Foundations
Grows from itTechnical, schema, Core Web Vitals
Technical SEO, local schema, and page structure that gives you a fair fight in your service area. No guaranteed rankings — anyone promising those is selling something they do not control.
- Local and service schema markup
- Service-area page structure
- Core Web Vitals tuning
- Google Business Profile connected properly
Care Plans
Grows from itHosting, updates, edits
Hosting, monitoring, security updates, and a monthly window for edits. Entirely optional: every build is handed over in your own accounts, so you can run it yourself if you would rather.
- Hosting and uptime monitoring
- Security patches and dependency updates
- Backups
- A monthly window for content edits
Prices for all of it live in one place: see pricing.
A build, day by day
Two weeks, and here is where they go
This is the Launch and Growth rhythm. Bigger builds stretch it; a Repair skips most of it and takes half a day.
Day 0
One call, then a fixed number
Twenty minutes on what the business does and what the site has to do for it. You get a fixed quote afterwards, and it does not move without your sign-off.
Days 1–2
Structure before pixels
Sitemap, page order, and the path a customer takes to calling you. Getting this wrong is expensive later, so it happens before any design exists.
Days 3–6
Design and build together
Design happens in the browser, in code, at real widths — not as a static mockup that looks nothing like the thing you actually get.
Days 7–9
Your content, your words
Copy, photos, licences, service areas, and the details that make it your business rather than a template with your name on it.
Days 10–12
Two revision rounds
You review the real site on your real phone. Two rounds are included, and most builds use one and a half.
Days 13–14
Launch and handover
Domain, HTTPS, analytics, Google Business Profile. Everything goes into accounts in your name, and you get the keys whether or not you take a care plan.
The stack
What it is built on, and why
Every choice here exists to make the site fast, cheap to run, and yours to keep.
- Next.js + TypeScript
- Pages are pre-rendered, so they arrive fast on one bar of LTE in a parking lot.
- Hand-written CSS
- No theme, no page builder, no plugin that breaks itself at 2am.
- Vercel hosting
- Served from the edge, in an account in your name, with HTTPS handled.
- Schema.org markup
- Machine-readable business details, so local search knows what you do and where.
- No WordPress
- Nothing to patch weekly, and no plugin you did not install to get hacked through.
- No tracking bloat
- One lightweight analytics script. Your visitors are not the product.
Already have a site?
Two ways in that skip the rebuild
Engagements that start from what you already have rather than a blank page.
Redesign & Rebuild
Your current site, rebuilt properly — keep what works, fix what leaks, and migrate without losing the search rankings you have already earned.
AI Integration
Practical AI only where it earns its keep: site chat that answers from your real content rather than inventing answers, and automations that save your front desk hours.
Ready for a website that actually works? Let’s build it.
One 20-minute call. You’ll leave with a plan, a price, and a launch date — whether you build with us or not.
