The brief
A self-initiated commerce concept. Streetwear sells on attitude, and a flat photo grid throws that away — so the garment became a 3D object you move through instead of a picture you scroll past.
The challenge
WebGL on a storefront is easy to get wrong. The scene has to load fast enough that nobody waits, stay smooth while the page scrolls, and never get in the way of the part that actually earns money: looking at products and buying one.
The approach
A React Three Fiber scene staged inside Next.js, with GSAP tying product rotation to scroll position. The 3D is confined to the hero moment; the shop and story sections underneath stay conventional, fast, and readable.
